Our Policies

Check-In: Check-in time is 3:00pm and later.
Check-Out: Check-out time is 11:00am. The late check-out fee is $50 per hour. If you’d like to extend your check-out time in advance, call to request. 
Deposit and Payments:
At the time you reserve we charge your card a deposit equal to the first night’s stay plus tax. One week prior to your arrival date, the remaining balance will be due and automatically charged. Reservations made within 7 days of arrival are charged the full amount upon booking. We require a working card on file with sufficient funds for all balances plus incidentals. Locked cards or insufficient funds are subject to cancelation of your reservation and permanent ban from the property. There is a $5 processing fee for declined cards. Please call us if you suspect you may have a problem with your card ahead of time.
Cancellation Policy:
This policy is firm and not negotiable; please review it in full. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, call us at least 3 weeks (twenty-one days) prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation and you will be refunded your deposit minus a $50 cancellation fee. If you cancel between 20-6.5 days prior to your reservation, no refund will be issued on the deposit. You may reschedule one time and will not be granted any refunds if cancelled. If you cancel any time after 3:00 am on the 7th day or less prior to your reservation, you will be responsible for your entire reservation. The final payment is processed around 3 am 7 days before arrival. Any potential refunds from cancellations made after closing on the 8th day prior to your reservation may be subject to a 3% processing fee.
For example: if your reservation is for a Friday, you will need to cancel by the Thursday night one week before and you will only be charged your initial deposit.
No reschedules this close to your reservation. If your cabin re-books, you will be refunded for the nights it re-booked minus your deposit. This reservation is your responsibility to keep. Weather related cancellations are not accepted except for cases of a catastrophic event. Let us know if there are any changes you need to make as soon as possible for the best chances of being able to re-book the cabin.
Smoking: Absolutely No Smoking inside, however, smoking outdoors on your porch is allowed. Smoking is not allowed on walking trails or any other area on the property. If you are smoking outside, you must have all cabin windows closed. You will be charged a $250 fee on the credit card on file for any smell of smoke in the cabin. If smoking indoors results in having to cancel the guest after you, you will be charged for the amount refunded to them.
Pets: No pets allowed.
Additional Guests: Ozark cabin sleeps 4. All other cabins have a 2 person limit. No pets allowed.
Guest Amenities: All cabins have central heating & air and a full kitchen (stove, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, dishes, utensils, cookware). We provide towels, linens, hair dryer, iron & board. Lighting & ceiling fan combos are in each room. Whirlpool tubs inside except the Romance & Hide Away cabins. All cabins have hot tubs located outside under covered porches in addition to a charcoal grill, hammocks, fire pit, and picnic table.
Quiet Hours: Please respect other guests by observing our quiet time of 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
Outdoor Grills: We don’t supply charcoal or foil for the grills. We do supply a lighter and grill utensils.
Burn Ban: Absolutely no burning during a burn ban including the grill. $1000 fee due to the fire department if they get called due to someone burning illegally.
